Installation of Xu Bing: Phoenix Project, involving un-crating and rigging two 100’+ Phoenixes to the existing

architectural structure via chain falls. Packed and crated two- and three-dimensional works previously exhibited in the 60,000-square-foot gallery space.

Organized and managed artist interns. Provided active coordination of exhibition installation and deinstallation, sculpture park and grounds maintenance, capital improvement projects, large-scale event planning, weekly organized critiques, and a variety of artist workshops and lectures.

Participated in the inaugural International Artist Symposium. Assisted artists full-time in the construction and installation of large scale, site specific installation; working primarily with steel fabrication and marble sculpting.
